Traveling? Let us Know!

As a SECU member, it is recommended that you notify SECU at least 3-5 business days PRIOR to any traveling you might take outside of your country of residence. This advance notice will allow us time to add a travel notice for the country you are traveling to for the card(s) and accounts you might use.

My trip includes more than one country. What should I do?

Use the Net24 Travel Notice form to enter each country individually. For example, if you plan to visit Europe and will be in Germany, Italy, and France, you'll need to submit three forms and include the dates you'll be in each country.


Other Important Information

Please be advised that a travel notice does not stop all monitoring of purchases using the card(s) and you may be contacted by the fraud department while traveling.

Should you need any assistance while traveling, please contact Card Services at 1-614-564-5105 (direct, collect if international) or 1-866-331-4199 (US).

As a security measure, we cannot accept instructions or take any action on messages sent to SECU via an unsecure channel (regular email or over the phone).
